Our story
Birmingham's luxury PPF & detailing studio
JnJ Detailing was started over 5 years ago by founders Joe Gora & Jacob Saul — driven by a passion for precision, quality and transforming vehicles to a standard beyond the manufacturer's finish.
What began as a detailing service has seen rapid growth into a full-scale XPEL accredited studio offering Paint Protection Film, ceramic coating, window tinting, wrapping and professional detailing — all from our purpose-built, dust & climate-controlled facility in Halesowen.
The combination of highly skilled installers and professional-grade products allows JnJ to restore, recreate and protect vehicles of all types — from daily drivers to show cars, vintage classics and modern-day hypercars.
After working with hundreds of great people and businesses across 9 cities, we are now a trusted international training provider for other detailing companies. Our Instagram page organically reaches 1 million people a week — showcasing our work through our content.
Every car receives a full inspection before its first wash stage, enabling us to reach the correct assessment and advice — leading to the best results whilst saving you money.
We stand by our work — offering warranty and aftercare programs for all customers. Should there ever be an issue or question, we assist efficiently and completely with no delay.
Our Journey
They said get a real job
We started from humble beginnings, but together we turned a sponge and a bucket into a professional and trustworthy business. Below is a snapshot of how we got here.
Our First Kit
Saved £150 to buy our first detailing kit, not much gear, but it meant everything back then.
The First Job
Washing neighbours' cars for £20 at a time. Every job's money went straight back into getting better gear.
Learning The Craft
Started teaching ourselves machine polishing and coatings. Mostly trial and error, but every mistake taught us something.
The First Van
All the graft paid off. We finally bought our first van. For the first time, it felt like we were real detailers.
Gaining Traction
We kept grinding and started attracting serious clients, the kind who trust us with cars like this. It showed us how far we'd come, and how much bigger we could think.
The First Unit
Took the biggest step yet and bought our first unit. It wasn't perfect, but it was ours. The next chapter of JNJ had just begun.
We Made It Ours
With help from friends and family, we spent countless nights bringing it back to life. Every wall painted, every light fitted, until it finally felt right. Now it was time to get to work.

Trained by XPEL at its Austin, Texas, headquarters, we are among the youngest companies in the UK to master the craft.
